Do you ship discreetly?
We ship in plain, unmarked envelopes/boxes with just a return address.

Can you e-mail me when you receive my payment in the mail?
Yes. We typically ship the same day the payment arrives. Our shipping software will automatically send you an email with shipping information and tracking information.

When do you ship the orders?
Most orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM, Pacific Time, are generally shipped the same day, so most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 2 days for Xpress Post.

Will I have to sign for my package? 
As long as they have a safe place to leave the package, they shouldn’t require a signature on all normal orders.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, including Canada Post FlexDelivery addresses.

I’m not getting the automated emails you send. Why?
If you’re not getting the automated e-mails, check you spam folder. You may need to mark the email as “not-junk” and/or move it to your inbox for future emails to be correctly received.

Do you take PayPal?
Sorry. We can’t take PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy? Do you guarantee your products?

We do guarantee the quality and satisfaction of all our products. If you’re not pleased for any reason, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.

Do you have wholesale prices?
We do offer wholesale prices. Please contact us to enable wholesale pricing on your account.
If you’re interested in getting wholesale prices as an individual for some specific items, reply with the products you’re interested in and the quantities and we will be happy to provide you with pricing.

To place an order the customer must be 19 years of age or older. Every order is therefore considered to be submitted in compliance to this condition.


When creating a customer account, you must enter your complete and accurate full name. When placing an order you must enter the correct shipping address and phone number. Failure to do so may cause delay or return of your shipment. We are not responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect data.

Order Confirmation

Given the nature of our products, we consider it of the utmost importance to communication with our customers prior to shipping. Please carefully review the order confirmation email to ensure all information is correct.

Product Purpose

None of our products are sold or intended for the purpose of human consumption. Our products are botanical specimens of ethnographic value and interest only and are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. Although we pride ourselves on sourcing the best quality products, and guarantee that our products are genuine and properly identified, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the product in regards to the way the customer decides to use it. Natural products vary, and we have no control over the conditions of use. We cannot replace products or be held responsible for their effectiveness or lack thereof.

Product Support

Our products are delivered with no expressed or implied fitness for any purpose. We do not provide nor communicate about usage of our products.

Shipping Policy

As the products we sell are natural and largely plant based, some may be restricted in your country. Products of which we know are illegal in your country, are disabled from ordering. However it is your final responsibility to ensure that all items in your order are allowed in your country. We are not responsible for packages due to loss by the shipper or products returned, seized, or destroyed due to unforeseen customs regulations.

Return Policy

If for any reason you wish not to receive the package, simply refuse it when the postman delivers it, and it be returned to us at no cost. If your package is already delivered, do NOT ship it back until we have provided instructions how to do so.

Returned Orders

If a shipment is returned for any reason beyond our control, and you want it reshipped, we will have to charge for this.

Return/ Cancellation Policy

Customers can return goods/ ask for a refund within 14 days.
This does not apply to the following exceptions: plant materials, food or perishable goods. When in transit for extended periods of time, herbs can dry out and lose their value. We do not restock returned products. Because of this, we cannot fully refund returned orders. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Delivery times can be estimated with our shipping calculator, but we can not guarantee the delivery times and can not be held responsible for delay. Customs or plant inspection authorities may examine your package and delay the delivery, which is beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking

All packages are shipped with Canada Post with tracking, which means the package is trackable, and will be returned to us if it was undeliverable. When your shipment has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to follow our instructions therein. regarding tracking and delivery. If you chose standard letter mail for your order, no tracking is provided and we can’t guarantee delivery.
