Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark (shredded)
Description
Mimosa tenuiflora (Mimosa hostilis) is an entheogen known as Jurema, Jurema Preta, Black Jurema, and Vinho de Jurema. Mimosa tenuiflora is known Tepezcohuite in Mexico where this bark is sourced from. All of our Mimosa comes from a sustainable farm and by buying farm grown Mimosa you avoid potentially contributing to the over-harvesting of wild trees.
The parts of the tree are traditionally used in northeastern Brazil in a psychoactive decoction also called Jurema or Yurema.
Note: We also carry powdered root bark from Brazil, but we highly recommend this version instead.
