Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark (powder)

Mimosa tenuiflora (mimosa hostilis) is a plant known as Jurema, Jurema Preta, Black Jurema, and Vinho de JuremaMimosa tenuiflora root bark contains high amounts of tannins and pigments.

Parts of the tree are traditionally used in northeastern Brazil in a psychoactive decoction also called Jurema or Yurema.

Our mimosa hostilis root bark (MHRB) is farmed in Brazil which helps avoid over-harvesting of wild plants.

Note: We also sell shredded root bark from Mexico which we would highly recommend over the Brazilian.
